I would like to record my academic degree into my identity document
The entry of an academic degree in the identity document requires a decision on the recognition of foreign higher education that states the foreign degree as it appears directly on the education document (diploma). For this purpose, a decision issued under both the academic and professional recognition process can be used. If the registration of the degree is the sole purpose, it is appropriate to use the academic recognition process, which is more general.

If you completed higher education at a recognized higher education institution in the Czech republic, a recognition for the purpose of entry of an academic degree in the identity document is not required, according to the Treaty between the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic on the mutual recognition of the equivalence of educational qualifications issued in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
