PROCESS INFORMATION
ESTABLISHMENT / RECOGNITION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
The applicant submits an application containing the prescribed information (e.g. by completing a form) together with the mandatory attachments. The competent authority shall verify these within one month whether the application is complete. If the application does not contain all the required information, the competent authority shall invite the applicant to supplement it, set a deadline for supplementation, and suspend the proceedings. At the same time, it shall notify the applicant that the proceedings will be discontinued if the application is not completed. On the basis of a complete application, the competent authority shall issue a decision within the processing deadline specified below. The decision shall contain all the necessary information, including information on the means of appeal. The decision shall become final when it can no longer be appealed.

2. Supplementary examination for third country healthcare professionals

TEMPORARY AND OCCASIONAL PROVISION OF SERVICES
A person who is elligible to provide services under the legislation of another Member State and fulfills the conditions may temporarily and occasionally provide the same services in the territory of the Slovak Republic without recognition of professional qualifications. Whether the nature of the service is still temporary and occasional (and does not present an establishment) is assessed according to the type of profession, in particular according to the duration, frequency, regularity, and continuity of the provision of services.
